Terms & Conditions
BIGXPRIME is a product of Mayosana Private Limited. These terms cover the pre-register page and the main website. Using either one means you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
BIGXPRIME is a streaming service for movies, series, documentaries, music, kids, and live TV. Browsing the catalog is free. Playback requires a signed-in account with an active plan. Titles, features, and availability can change, and some titles may not be offered in every region.
Pre-registration
Joining the pre-register list saves your email, and your name if you provide one, so we can write when the service opens. It does not create a paid subscription, reserve a particular title, or promise a launch date.
Accounts and profiles
Sign-in uses the email address on the account and a one-time access code. Keep that inbox under your control. The account is for you and the profiles on it. Do not sell, share, or transfer it.
A profile can be marked for kids. That marker is a viewing setting on your account. You are responsible for who uses each profile.
Plans and payment
The price, currency, and billing period are the ones shown before you pay. A coupon applies only when it is valid at checkout and only for the discount shown there. We keep a record of the order, including the payment method and, for a card, the last four digits.
An active plan is what unlocks playback. You can cancel from your account, and streaming access ends when the cancellation is confirmed. A subscription that has been taken is not refunded. A payment that never creates a subscription is handled under the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Content
Films, series, music, images, and other material on BIGXPRIME are licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming through the service. You may not copy, download for redistribution, publicly perform, or resell that material. A watchlist saved in your browser is for your own use on that device.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- try to bypass sign-in, a plan check, or any other access control;
- scrape, disrupt, or overload the service;
- use BIGXPRIME to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may also pause the service for maintenance or when we need to protect it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use BIGXPRIME after an update means you accept the revised terms.
