Who we are

Mayosana Private Limited operates BIGXPRIME. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to bigxprime.com@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Pre-registration. If you reserve a place, we store the email address you enter and the name you choose to give us.
• Account. Sign-in uses your email and a one-time access code. We store your name and email. The code itself is kept only as a short-lived hash, then removed after it is used or expires.
• Profiles. A profile can have a display name, an avatar, and a marker that it is a kids profile. We do not ask for a separate email address for a kids profile.
• Subscription. When you choose a plan, we store the plan, price, currency, billing interval, coupon code if you use one, payment method, a payment reference, and renewal timing. For a card payment we keep only the last four digits, not the full card number.
• Watchlist. Titles you save stay in your browser on that device. They are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• hold your place on the pre-register list and write when the service opens;
• sign you in, keep your account, and show the right profile;
• process a subscription, send a receipt, and remind you about billing;
• answer support messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

A signed-in session uses one cookie, bigxprime_session. It is limited to this site, is not readable by page scripts, and lasts about 30 days unless you sign out. Your watchlist is saved in the browser’s local storage on that device. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run BIGXPRIME: email delivery for access codes and account messages, and the payment details required to record a subscription. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Pre-register details stay until we have finished launch messages or you ask us to remove them. Account and subscription records stay while the account is open and for as long as we need them for billing and support. One-time access codes are removed after use or expiry. You can clear the watchlist and session cookie from your own browser.

Your choices

Email bigxprime.com@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your pre-register entry or account. We may keep a record where we need it for an active subscription, a payment dispute, or a legal duty.
